Nowadays generation z (people born between 1997-2012) have been experiencing a loneliness epidemic due to a number of contributing factors. This booklet explores a few of the main contributing factors of the loneliness epidemic within generation z in detail while being paired with visually captivating illustrations throughout the booklet. The color scheme and visual style of this booklet was inspired by illustrative pamphlets and posters that are seen in hospitals and doctor’s offices. This booklet also includes interviews from people from the generation z era as well as ways to cope with loneliness. People were encouraged to grab a post it note and write down how they cope with their loneliness and post it on the board.
