Feminism and Graphic Design booklet
In my GD 330 Typography: Projects I was assigned to create a booklet about five designers that have something in common. I chose these five designers because I wanted to discuss feminism in graphic design. I also chose them because their designs stuck out to me the most visually, especially Sheila Levrant de Bretteville’s monochromatic news piece with an accent of pink color. When creating this project I wanted to incorporate aspects of what I liked most about what the designer does in their work in my own pages about them, for example, attempting to influence April Greiman’s new wave style in my pages about her.
