Area 51 Cupcakery ad
In the summer of 2024 I had taken an Advertising Design class at the College of DuPage. While I was studying in that class I had to design a logo as well as create an ad for a local business, I chose Area 51 Cupcakery. For my poster and logo I went with a vaporwave color scheme because vaporwave color schemes remind me of sci-fi movies of the 80s. I made sure to have the darkest color as the background so the brighter colors pop out more. The dark blue background with the white stars represent the night sky. The alien baker character I created for the branding is meant to be an alien who traveled from outspace to share his delicious other worldly treats with the people of Earth.
